The Ask

To design a marketing site for Cora that breaks out of the status quo. A site that is impactful and memorable.

 

The Challenges

It has to be clear that while Cora serves a very aesthetically oriented industry, that we are a software solution. The marketing site needs to strike a balance between being a software solution (at one extreme) in its appearance in comparison to an ecommerce site (at the other extreme).

The look and feel has to be approachable and lively but still elevated and sophisticated.

We have to make sure we're majoring in benefits and minoring in features! Specifically, that we are getting to the heart of the users' emotional pain points.

The site should be about telling a story about how Cora will solve user's problems and that Cora is a much better alternative/solution for the B2B industry.

It needs to be clear how we differ from our competitors.

Through the home page we wanted to speak to Cora's key features and benefits for vendors and designers. While highlighting key benefits of Cora's Marketplace tool, demonstrating the uncomplicated relationship between vendor and designer, and side by side comparison of the old industry and the new Cora way. Making it clear how Cora is solving users pain points.

Highlighting more detailed descriptions to key features offered to vendors and designers. Giving users the ability to educated themselves on the benefits of Cora, providing call to actions to sign up. We were also able to obtain testimonials from Cora's clients.
