OVERVIEW
CHALLENGE
MeetingPlay recognized the growing demand for virtual meetings and events due to the Covid-19 pandemic and wanted to launch a striking new visual identity to support its expansion. To achieve this, we were tasked with completing the UX/UI redesign project within a tight 3-month timeline, which required us to implement highly efficient and streamlined working processes. Additionally, the challenge involved creating a brand-new website with innovative, updated features, further intensifying the complexity of the project. MeetingPlay's goal was to excel in the virtual, in-person, and hybrid events space, delivering exceptional experiences to clients and attendees while introducing features that had not previously existed."
APPROACH
Handling a project like MeetingPlay's rebrand, brand identity, and new website design with the added complexity of incorporating new features within a tight timeline would require a strategic and methodical design approach. A multifaceted approach that balances design, technology, and project management is crucial for the success of this complex endeavor. Flexibility, adaptability, and a keen focus on the user experience should be central to our design process. We needed to be strategic and agile.

BRANDING
LET’S REWARD OUR CLIENTS WITH A BRAND OVERHAUL
The rebrand had to embody qualities of luxury, elevation, and innovation, mirroring their cutting-edge product offerings, and distinctively setting them apart from competitors.

ELEVATING THEIR BRAND THROUGH CONSISENCY
Through extensive iterations I delivered a logo that was innovative, and cutting edge. Then I worked on the guidelines to ensure we captured the new tone, MP’s core principals, font styles, photography, and color palette. I ensured consistency across mediums that would drive brand awareness. Delivering mock-ups that MP’s internal teams would have the ability to build off of with detailed documentation.

Website
WE REINVENTED THE LOOK FOR VIRTUAL EVENTS
Recognizing the significance of users engagement accessing the platform, we needed to showcase the features front an center. Highlighting the importance of the end-to-end experience from post event, pre-event, event types, and how the platform can provide to you’re companies culture and community.
I successfully incorporated a range of features including chat, connecting with attendees, gaming, and their smart feed. We wanted to demonstrate the values of community and personalization within their product.
→ The site was build responsive within webflow by Kevin Haag.
→ A wayfinder widget to help guide customers through different Virtual Solution.
WE BUILD WITH YOU IN MIND
Amidst the surging demand for virtual events during the Covid-19 pandemic and the realization that MeetingPlay's current website fell short of expectations, the new brand book became a transformative tool. It enabled me to encapsulate the essence of luxury and innovation through gradients, and iconography, creating a narrative through visually captivating illustrated product features. This approach effectively highlighted the wealth of valuable products and offerings within MeetingPlay's new platform.
→ Security is crucial when sharing your information digitally, so we highlighted the MP’s commitment to security.
→ Engaging their attendees at every step of the event with onsite ambassadors, social communities, and chat.
